Meet Joseph Hays
In the complex world of insurance and investments, few professionals bring the level of experience and dedication that Joe has cultivated over three decades in the industry. As the founder of Hays Financial Solutions, Joe's journey is marked by a passion for helping clients attain their financial goals. His previous roles include Agency Owner at Goosehead Insurance. Prior to this, Joe held the title of Partner and National Sales Manager at Aston Asset Management, where he oversaw Mutual Funds and Managed Account sales, totaling over $17 Billion in Assets.
Joe's educational background includes a B.S. in Business Administration from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA. Over his career, he has obtained several licenses, including FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses, as well as Life, Annuity, Health, Property, and Casualty Insurance licenses, along with an NJ Real Estate license.

As a lifelong resident of South Jersey, Joe is deeply committed to providing exceptional service to his clients while also maintaining a healthy work-life balance with his wife and two sons.
Robert Hays - Head Analyst
Robert Hays brings a wealth of analytical expertise to Hays Financial Solutions, leveraging his extensive background as a chemical engineer. Over his career, he has worked for several large multinational chemical companies, leading multimillion-dollar projects, managing complex analytics, and playing a key role in plant expansion efforts as a plant engineer.
A lifelong investor, Robert has actively managed his own equity portfolio and is a passionate options trader. His deep understanding of financial markets, combined with his analytical acumen, makes him an invaluable asset to Hays Financial Solutions.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from Rutgers University. A lifelong resident of South Jersey, he takes pride in having raised his family in the community. In his leisure time, you can find him staying active through basketball, pickleball, and weight training. He also enjoys traveling and fine dining.
